Fee / Pricing Schedule and Agreement

This schedule explains how promotional credits, prepaid usage credits, and manual account funding work for bluedoor's usage-based access model.

1. Overview

This Fee / Pricing Schedule and Agreement describes how usage credits are made available for bluedoor and how charges are applied to your account.

bluedoor currently operates on a prepaid, usage-based model. We do not presently offer a recurring subscription for core usage. Instead, users consume account credits as they use the service and may manually add more funds when they wish to continue using the platform.

2. Promotional Credits

At sign up, eligible users may receive complimentary promotional credits. Promotional credit awards generally range from $10 to $100, although the amount may vary by user, campaign, account type, or promotional program.

Promotional credits are issued at our discretion, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and are intended solely for use within bluedoor. Promotional credits are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and may not be resold.

3. Purchased Credits

After promotional credits have been exhausted, users may purchase additional account credits for continued usage. Purchased credits are denominated in U.S. dollars and are applied to the account on a one-to-one basis, such that one dollar added to the account results in one dollar of usage credit available for future service consumption.

Purchased credits are applied as prepaid funds and are deducted from your account balance based on actual usage of the service.

4. No Subscription Commitment

bluedoor does not require a subscription commitment for usage governed by this schedule. Your access to usage-based functionality depends on the availability of sufficient credits in your account balance.

When your available credits reach zero, further paid usage may be limited or unavailable until you manually add more funds to your account.

5. Account Funding and Depletion

You are responsible for monitoring your account balance and for adding funds if you wish to continue using paid features after your available credits have been depleted.

We may display estimated usage information, balances, or deductions, but final credit application may reflect reconciliations, pricing updates, or operational adjustments reasonably necessary to administer the service.

6. Taxes, Refunds, and Adjustments

Unless otherwise stated, listed amounts do not include applicable taxes, levies, duties, or governmental assessments, all of which are your responsibility where required by law.

Except as required by law or otherwise expressly approved by bluedoor, purchased credits are non-refundable once added to an account. We may, in our sole discretion, correct billing errors, issue credits, or make account adjustments where appropriate.

7. Changes to Pricing

We may update pricing, promotional programs, credit mechanics, or this schedule from time to time. Any such change will apply prospectively, and the updated schedule will become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.
