Gable to be approx. 18'x8.33' with even length sides from under existing soffit. Roof to include gutter, valance, and 2 downspouts. All exposed fasteners to be sealed with polyurethane hybrid sealant. Flash side roof to existing carport if gutter is unable to be installed for for last 2' of left side. Screen openings with 20/20 no-see-um charcoal screening. Install 5" straight lap silver mist siding over front gable. Cover behind siding with white kickplate....NOC REQ ON SITE
