"[FullRow]Condition": "This permit is issued for the maintenance dredging of an upland-cut surface water body. All dredging must meet the guidelines of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and/or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Dredge spoil must be placed in a suitable upland location, outside any wetlands or wetland buffers, and its disposal must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This permit authorizes dredging of the proposed location(s) only once. \n\nThere must be no erosion into the wetland or buffer. A turbidity barrier is required to be placed between the project and the wetland buffer to prevent erosion. The barrier is to be installed prior to the start of project and must be maintained daily. The barrier must be left in place until the final wetland inspection has been completed.\n\nIssuance of a Volusia County permit does not relieve you from the responsibility to obtain and abide by any other permits that may be required by other agencies (which include, but are not limited to, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers). Any environmental easement must be protected and not disturbed.\n\nPlease note that no work may begin until all other required permits and approvals have been issued, including issuance of a building permit, tree removal permit and/or appropriate development order.
