| Description | el 6/2 Repair the negatively impacting drainage between my property and 321 Redwood Ave. On the left side of the barn, the soil is washing away where the current retaining wall ends and the fence begins. Since 2023 I have lost over a foot. This is threatening the structure and the driveway with the continued erosion. It is also going onto the neighboring property of 321 Redwood. I have already removed a large tree and the stump in preparation. We will take down the fence and continue the retaining wall out as far as possible towards the street. The retaining wall will allow the water to properly drain to the front of the property and go into the drainage ditches created by Okaloosa County. Then we will fill back in all the missing dirt, with a downward slope near the culvert. I will provide photos of what it is doing to the bottom of the building foundation/driveway and how it is washing out underneath the fence onto the other property. I have already spoken with the owners of 321 Redwood, Copilot Properties LLC, Taylor Brown, and he is in agreement with me doing this work. |
