Tree protection must be installed, and approved by the County Forester, prior to clearing or site preparation.  Please contact the County Forester at (386) 736-5927 once the tree protection has been installed on site.    \n\nThere must be no alteration of any Volusia County jurisdictional wetland or buffer.  Alteration includes, but is not limited to, dredging, filling, cutting or removal of vegetation, construction, and mowing.\n\nA perpetual Tree Preservation Easement has been provided and dedicated to the County of Volusia, on lots as indicated on this plat, for the express purpose of the preservation and longevity of the trees therein.  The following are prohibited in these easements:  structures, impervious surface of any kind including driveways or sidewalks, trenching for utilities, mowing, edging, changing the natural grade, or stockpiling or storage of any materials.  The placement of sod and irrigation is also prohibited.  Limited crossings of the easement may be permitted as approved by the County Forester, if such improvements are constructed of pervious material that does not change the natural grade or damage the roots of the tree.  A silt fence must be installed to protect the easements prior to any clearing or construction activity on site.  \n\nThis property contains jurisdictional wetlands.  These wetlands require a 50 foot upland buffer.\n\nThere must be no alteration of any Volusia County jurisdictional wetland or buffer without a valid County wetland alteration permit.  Alteration includes, but is not limited to, dredging, filling, cutting or removal of vegetation, construction, and mowing.\n\nThis is not a wetland alteration permit.\n\nIssuance of a Volusia County permit does not relieve you from the responsibility to obtain and abide by any other permits that may be required by other agencies (which include, but are not limited to, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers).  Any environmental easement must be protected and not disturbed.\n",
