(4 expansion joint spaces 11’ x 10’ x 4 spaces- total 440 Square Feet. • Removal of debris from site. • Installation of new tyvek, tyvek tape, flashing tape on areas repaired. • Installation of lath, trim, and three coat stucco: Scratch coat with fiber, brown coat with fiber and bonding agent, finish coat with texture to match existing stucco on elavations. • Repair all cracks around the house • Grind all cracked areas and fill with crack treatment, apply a skim coat of stucco and texture to match existing on elevations. • Seal with caulking areas where water can intrude around pipes. • Scaffolding equipment, erection and dismantling. • Prime and paint areas where stucco was repaired (not the entire house, if customer wants pricing for the entire home, please let us know) paint will be purchased to best match existing on home elevations. • Labor and materials
