"[FullRow]Condition": "There must be no alteration of any Volusia County jurisdictional wetland or buffer without a valid County wetland alteration permit. Alteration includes, but is not limited to, dredging, filling, cutting or removal of vegetation, construction, and mowing.\n\nThis permit is issued for 1.2 acres of clearing/filling in wetlands and/or buffers for the purpose of site development. There must be no clearing, filling, or other alteration of wetlands or buffers beyond what is specifically authorized by this wetland alteration permit and depicted on the approved plan(s). \n\nThere must be no erosion into the wetland or buffer. A turbidity barrier is required to be placed between the project and the wetland buffer to prevent erosion. If the project is in the water, a floating turbidity curtain must be installed around the project. The barrier/curtain is to be installed prior to the start of project and is to be maintained daily. The barrier/curtain must be left in place until the final wetland inspection has been completed.\n\nThere must be no erosion into the wetland or buffer. Any environmental easement must be protected and not disturbed.\n\nPlease note that no work may begin until all other required permits and approvals have been issued, including issuance of a building permit, tree removal permit and/or appropriate development order. If permits are required from other agencies, they too must be issued before work can commence on site.\n",
