DescriptionThere is an existing underground 3/4" pvc pipe with 4 #10 wires feeding the existing lift. The existing underground pipe goes to a J box on the back of the home & converts to Romex 10/3 in the attic-all the way back to the panel & is landed on a 20 amp 2 pole breaker. The new lift will essentially follow the same path & utilize the existing underground conduit. For the new lift-a new 10/3 Romex will be run from the panel (20 amp 2 pole breaker) through the attic to the same J box on the back of the house. At this junction 7 (4 hot, 2 neutrals & 1 ground) new #10 wires will be pulled from J box, through existing underground conduit to existing J box at dock. Old junction for existing lift will be reconnected & from same J box a new 1/2" or 3/4" pvc pipe will be run to feed new lift with 4 #10 wires. All wiring methods, wire sizes, lengths of wire runs & breaker sizes meets all HiTide Boatlift requirements for specified size of each lift
