Work event PKevent_af9e1cbe03b4bd8bd44a
Work typeCommercial Antenna
Work categoryCommercial Building
DescriptionRENEWED 5-9-25 (180 DAYS) Per state of emergency -Milton The antenna system will be re-installed at the new site with a center of radiation of 657 ft AGL. The structural analysis shows that a 30 ft tower section which includes T33 to T30 extends from flanges at 650.5 ft to 680.5 ft with horizontals at 7.5 ft increments. This puts the antennas beginning just above the flange at 650 ft which is two flanges below the guy wire at 725 ft. The two sets of antennas will be pointed at 340 degrees true (348 magnetic) on the A (north) leg and 184 degrees true (192 magnetic) on the C (SW) leg. The north (340 deg) set will have the same beam tilt as before. The same power divider, and connection scheme above will be used: (A 4 way unequal split power divider with four feedlines, two of one phase (shorter) to the top antennas and two of another phase (longer) to the bottom antennas on the two sets is used. The northern set of antennas takes the lower power output ports and the southern set of antennas takes the higher power output ports.)New cables will be provided to ensure they are not damaged and have room to be held in place on this significantly larger tower. The power divider must be solidly mounted and bolted to the tower using the brackets from the old tower. This power divider has a DIN 7-16 input connector. Note that the solid rod leg diameters at the antenna mounting height are 5-3/4”.
