"[FullRow]Condition": "This permit is issued for the construction of a 30'x45' (1,350 square foot) detached garage. There must be no alteration of the wetland or buffer other than the construction of the boathouse. There must be no dredging, filling, or cutting or removal of vegetation.\n\nThere must be no erosion into the wetland or buffer. A turbidity barrier is required to be placed between the project and the wetland buffer to prevent erosion. The barrier is to be installed prior to the start of project and must be maintained daily. The barrier must be left in place until the final wetland inspection has been completed.\n\nThis permit is issued for the restoration of approximately 19,925 square feet of wetlands and/or buffers located on site. There must be no clearing, filling, or other alteration of wetlands or buffers beyond what is specifically authorized by this wetland alteration permit and depicted on the approved plan(s). \n\nAn inspection revealed that clearing has occurred within the wetlands and/or buffer in violation of the County Wetland Ordinance. To resolve this violation, planting will be required within the altered area. Planting must be done in accordance with the Volusia County Habitat Planting Guidelines placed with the permit package. A planting plan, with completed worksheets, list of number and types of plants to be used, and diagram of where they will be installed, must be submitted and approved within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this permit. Planting must be completed prior to the final wetland inspection for this permit.\n\nPlanted materials must be monitored and replaced as necessary to assure a survival rate of eighty (80) percent for a minimum of three (3) years.\n\nA late fee has been assessed for work begun prior to issuance of this wetland alteration permit.\n\nIssuance of a Volusia County permit does not relieve you from the responsibility to obtain and abide by any other permits that may be required by other agencies (which include, but are not limited to, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers). Any environmental easement must be protected and not disturbed.\n\nAny and all permit conditions of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission are conditions of this permit.\n\nPlease be advised that, due to the characteristics and proximity of the wetlands on or near this property, it is the position of the Environmental Management Division that this property may be subject to future flooding.\n\nPlease call for a final wetland inspection when the work has been completed on site, at (386) 736 5927. Thank you.\n\nPursuant to Florida State Statute 125.022, subsection (6): Issuance of a development permit or development order by a county does not in any way create any rights on the part of the applicant to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not create any liability on the part of the county for issuance of the permit if the applicant fails to obtain requisite approvals or fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertakes actions that result in a violation of state or federal law.",
