"[FullRow]Condition": "Any and all tree clearing, and any required replacement, must be done in accordance with the approved plans (2018-F-FSP-0251) dated 06/20/2019. Tree protection must be installed, inspected, and approved by the County Forester, and remain on-site according to the attached tree barricade plan until the site passes final inspection.\n\nRemoval of tree barricades or failure to maintain barricades will disqualify the improperly protected tree(s) from being used as replacement value toward removed trees. Removal of tree barricades is only permitted with approval of the County Forester.\n\nProtected trees that have been removed, damaged, or improperly protected will require replacement. This additional replacement will be determined after the final tree inspection. \n\nTrees were damaged/impacted prior to issuance of a Tree Removal Permit. 30% replacement of these damaged impacted trees were required (556.74 CCSI) . Pursuant to the approved plan, 2,630.42 CCSI was proposed to be removed and 2,669.79 CCSI is proposed to be planted. Therefore, the approved plan provided 39.37 CCSI more than what was required for replacement. The 517.37 deficient CCSI (556.74-39.37=517.37) was paid into the Tree Replacement Fund at $49 per CCSI ($25,351.13).\n\nReplacement trees must be provided according to Sheet LA -1 of 2, of the approved plan. Trees must be of Florida Fancy or Florida #1 grade and meet the designated caliper on the approved plan. Any required replacement trees which are damaged during transport/installation or are smaller than the designated caliper on the approved plans will be required to be replaced prior to passing the final inspection.\n\nIssuance of a Volusia County permit does not relieve you from the responsibility to obtain and abide by any other permits that may be required by other agencies (which include, but are not limited to, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers). \n\nPlease note that no work may begin until all other required permits and approvals have been issued, including issuance of a building permit, tree removal permit and/or appropriate development order. If permits are required from other agencies, they too must be issued before work can commence on site.\n\nPursuant to Florida State Statute 125.022, subsection (6): Issuance of a development permit or development order by a county does not in any way create any rights on the part of the applicant to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not create any liability on the part of the county for issuance of the permit if the applicant fails to obtain requisite approvals or fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertakes actions that result in a violation of state or federal law.\n\nPlease call for a final tree inspection when the work has been completed on site, at (386) 736-5927.",
