      "[FullRow]Condition": "A tree survey has been verified by Environmental Management staff.  Please refer to this survey for the location, diameter, and number of protected trees and post it on the job site prior to any land clearing activity.\n\nTree protection barricades are mandatory for all identified trees in the designated setback areas and for trees in the buildable area which will be used as replacement value.\n\nRemoval of tree barricades or failure to maintain barricades will disqualify the improperly protected tree(s) from being used as replacement value toward removed trees.\n\nRoot raking any tree will disqualify that tree from being used as replacement value toward removed trees.    \n\nA minimum of 16 trees is required to be retained or planted upon completion of construction and prior to final tree inspection (one tree per 2,500 square feet of total site area).  NOTE: This condition is not an alternative option to be used for replacement of protected trees; it is a minimum requirement.  Trees must be of Florida Fancy or Florida #1 grade, no less than 2-inch caliper in size, and chosen from the Volusia County acceptable tree list, which can be found at http://www.volusia.org/environmental/permitting.\n\nProtected trees that have been removed, damaged, or improperly protected will require replacement. Replacement is calculated at 15% of the removed CSSI of protected trees. In addition to the CSSI replacement a per tree removal fee of $25.00 will be added per tree (up to $832.00)\n\nThis property contains one or more historic trees on site.  Make note of the location of the tree(s) and take all necessary precautions to protect the tree(s) during and after all phases of construction.  Contact Environmental Management for protection requirements pertaining to clearing and construction. There must be no pruning of historic trees without prior written approval from Environmental Management. All pruning must be done under the supervision of an ISA certified Arborist.\n\nThis property contains an environmentally sensitive Conservation Easement.  There must be no intrusion into the designated area as set forth in the approved final site development plan or mitigation plan.  All persons involved with any property activity are to be made aware of the Conservation Easement restrictions and boundaries, which are to be clearly indicated on site prior to any construction or clearing on site.  Be advised that should there be any disturbance to the Conservation Easement, a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the disturbed area has been completely restored to the satisfaction of the enforcement official.  A silt fence must be installed at the Conservation Easement boundary in order to protect this area from encroachment\n\nAny and all permit conditions of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission are conditions of this permit.\n\nPursuant to Florida State Statute 125.022, subsection (6): Issuance of a development permit or development order by a county does not in any way create any rights on the part of the applicant to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not create any liability on the part of the county for issuance of the permit if the applicant fails to obtain requisite approvals or fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertakes actions that result in a violation of state or federal law.\n\nPlease call for a final tree inspection when the work has been completed on site, at (386) 736-5927.\n",
