Chik-Fil-A is proposing to expand their existing 4,220 SF building by 652 SF. The proposed site improvements will include dual drive thru ordering system and additional parking to assist with the overall traffic flow of the site and the existing Mixon Plaza Shopping Center. The expansion will require the demolition of an existing retail building approximately 6,731 SF. The existing fast food restaurant has an existing 44 spaces and the existing center including Mixon Plaza has 136 spaces. With th removal of the existing retail building of approximately 6,731 SF for the expansion of the existing parking lot, Chik-Fil-A will have 72 spaces and the center includingMixon Plaza Shopping Center will have 156 spaces.
