      "[FullRow]Condition": "A tree survey has been verified by Environmental Management staff.  Please refer to this survey for the location, diameter, and number of protected trees and post it on the job site prior to any land clearing activity.\n\nAny and all tree clearing, and any required replacement, must be done in accordance with the approved plans dated 12/11/2023.  Tree protection must be installed, and approved by the County Forester, prior to clearing or site preparation.  Please contact the County Forester at (386) 736-5927 once the tree protection has been installed on site.    \n\nA perpetual Tree Preservation Easement has been provided and dedicated to the County of Volusia, on lots as indicated on this plat, for the express purpose of the preservation and longevity of the trees therein.  The following are prohibited in these easements:  structures, impervious surface of any kind including driveways or sidewalks, trenching for utilities, mowing, edging, changing the natural grade, or stockpiling or storage of any materials.  The placement of sod and irrigation is also prohibited.  Limited crossings of the easement may be permitted as approved by the County Forester, if such improvements are constructed of pervious material that does not change the natural grade or damage the roots of the tree.  A silt fence must be installed to protect the easements prior to any clearing or construction activity on site.  \n\n______ or more gopher tortoise burrows are located on or near this property.  It is the responsibility of the owner and/or contractor to locate  additional burrows which may be on site.  All precautions are to be taken to protect the burrows during and following the construction activity and should include a twenty-five (25) foot buffer around each burrow.  The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission must permit the relocation of gopher tortoise(s) and a copy of the permit must be submitted to the County Environmental Management Division prior to clearing.
