DescriptionRepairing a pre-engineered steel structure 1. Sawcut existing perimeter footings and pour new foundations for five new end wall columns per engineered drawings. Anchor Bolts to be poured in place. 2. Furnish and install new end wall columns, rafters, girts, wall panels (no insulation) and related trim for the 100' end bay that collapsed. 3. Demolish the existing temporary wall. 4. Install heavy-duty motorized 14x14 roll-up doors on the end wall. 5. Remove and replace damaged purlins in the second bay and end bay of the building. 6. Replace damaged various wall panels throughout the buildings. 7. Repair the damaged rigid frame column in the open structure and then sandblast and paint all structural members. 8. Remove and replace approximately 7,000 SF of pre-engineered steel roof panels. New panels to be 24ga galvalume PBR panels. All fasteners to be ZAC or stainless capped. 9. Replace downspouts, gutters
