"[FullRow]Condition": "There must be no alteration of any Volusia County jurisdictional wetland or buffer without a valid County wetland alteration permit. Alteration includes, but is not limited to, dredging, filling, cutting or removal of vegetation, construction, and mowing.\n\nThis permit is issued for 5,833 square foot of alterations to wetlands and/or buffers for the purpose of constructing a single family home. There must be no clearing, filling, or other alteration of wetlands or buffers beyond what is specifically authorized by this wetland alteration permit and depicted on the approved plan(s). \n\nThere must be no erosion into the portions of the wetlands and/or buffers which have not been permitted to be altered. A turbidity barrier is required to be placed around the permitted area in such a way as to prevent erosion into the unpermitted portions of the wetlands and/or buffers. The barrier is to be installed prior to the start of project and is to be maintained daily. The barrier must be left in place until the final wetland inspection has been completed.\n\nIssuance of a Volusia County permit does not relieve you from the responsibility to obtain and abide by any other permits that may be required by other agencies (which include, but are not limited to, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers). Any environmental easement must be protected and not disturbed.\n\nAll general and specific conditions contained in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and St. Johns River Water Management District permit(s) and/or consent order(s) are also conditions of this permit.\n\nPlease note that no work may begin until all other required permits and approvals have been issued, including issuance of a building permit, tree removal permit and/or appropriate development order. If permits are required from other agencies, they too must be issued before work can commence on site.\n\nPursuant to Florida State Statute 125.022, subsection (6): Issuance of a development permit or development order by a county does not in any way create any rights on the part of the applicant to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not create any liability on the part of the county for issuance of the permit if the applicant fails to obtain requisite approvals or fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertakes actions that result in a violation of state or federal law.\n\nPlease call for a final wetland inspection when the work has been completed on site, at (386) 736 5927.
