| Description | In entry and kitchen remove fluorescent lighting, drywall on ceiling, to allow for new ceiling height. Replace fluorescent lighting with LED lighting in entry and kitchen. Remove and replace kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Remove portion of wall located in hall, adjacent to kitchen to create knee wall. Replace outlets and switches in kitchen and entry to meet current building code. We will be using MC 14-2 wire. Light switches and outlets will be brought up to Fl building code as needed. There will be no increase in lighting loads for installation of LED lighting. In the guest bathroom we will remove the existing tub, tile, shower trim, toilet, sink, faucet, fixtures vanity and vanity light. We will install a new shower pan using Schluter-Kerdi sloped shower pan. Install ½” durock and red guard on all surrounding shower walls. Replace shower trim with new Moen or Delta mixing valves, we will install toilet, vanity,sink, faucet vanity light and LED light above shower.In the master bathroom we will remove the existing tile, shower trim, toilet, sink, faucet,fixtures vanity and vanity light. We will install a new shower pan using Schluter-Kerdi sloped shower pan. Install ½”durock and red guard on all surrounding shower walls. Replace shower trim with new Moen or Delta mixing valves, we will install new toilet, vanity, sink, faucet vanity light, 1 LED light above shower and 2 LED lights in bathroom. UL rating is UL263. Per property manager, this is not a post tension building. Level one alteration which includes or removes existing material by covering with new material for the same purpose. |
