    "description": "<h2>Overview/About Lumanity</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our North American HEOR Consulting practice and play a key role in providing strategic insights and analytical expertise to help healthcare clients demonstrate the value of their products and services. This client-facing role requires project team skills and technical expertise in designing and conducting value evidence strategies. The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, team-focused, and experienced in a range of core HEOR capabilities as described below. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities / Position overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Demonstrates a blend of project/teamwork and technical expertise. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Possesses thorough and detailed knowledge of the main research methods used within Lumanity. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Possesses detailed knowledge of the different functions at Lumanity and can clearly identify how the different functions work together. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Interprets how the changing landscape at Lumanity will impact the way others work with the HEOR team. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Understands the organizational strategy of Lumanity and can define how the HEOR team aligns to this and supports the achievement of this. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Has knowledge of new methodological and technical developments and how they might be used within the department.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Able to lead technical delivery workstreams on complex or non-standard projects and working towards strategic leadership on single-team projects </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Acts as day-to-day point of contact for clients on projects.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Manages project team and tasks, including time and workload management to ensure that assigned tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed quality. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Actively participates in designing and delivering the solution. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Participates in business development activities, including potential project scoping, proposal and budget development. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintains accountability for achievement of specific revenue and utilization targets.   </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Demonstrates professional excellence in client-facing interactions. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Proactively stays apprised of industry trends and stays current in specialist area(s). </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Supports thought leadership as requested.  </p></li>\n <li>Likely does not have direct reports but does coach and mentor.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Time Allocations </strong> </p>\n<p>This role is anticipated to spend the following percentages of their work time on the key areas listed; this is subject to change and fluctuations according to business and client needs. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Delivery: 70%</li>\n <li>Business Development & Proposals: 20%</li>\n <li>Ongoing Professional Development: 10%</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p> \n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Skills/Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Advanced degree required. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Typical years to attain experience for this role: 2-3+ years. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be a clear and collaborative communicator. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Drives results and achieve deadlines. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Possesses strong critical thinking skills. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Drives innovation and delivers with excellence. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must have strong skills and demonstrated consulting experience in at least one of these areas: - Health Economics - HEOR-related Statistics - HEOR / HTA Strategy  - Evidence Review and/or Synthesis - HEOR Expert Elicitation / Stakeholder Engagement - Value Communication   </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Has knowledge of new innovative and technical developments which could be utilized within the organization and across the HEOR functions.   </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>We offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package that focuses on what matters to you – health and well-being, personal finances, professional development, and a healthy work/life balance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary plus bonus scheme</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with employer match</li>\n <li>Generous amount of paid time off annually + 10 paid holidays</li>\n <li>Flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care</li>\n <li>Health savings account option with employer match</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage</li>\n <li>Company-paid life insurance and more</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>-----------------------------------------------------------------------------</h2>\n<p><em>Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $115,000-$150,000.
