🔍 What You’ll Do (See Full Job Description Here )
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment.
Answer and route multi-line phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
Provide daily administrative support across departments and offices.
Open, sort, scan, and distribute mail, documents, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems and client records.
Assist with tax return assembly, document organization, and seasonal workflow support.
Support firmwide projects, workflow coordination, and general office organization.
Help maintain office supplies, shared spaces, and a clean, organized environment.
✅ What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative or office support experience, ideally in a professional services or client-facing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Flexibility to work additional hours during tax season (January–April 15).
