      "content": "\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Structural Design &amp; Engineering:</strong>&nbsp;<br>• Perform structural calculations for tracker pile foundations, concrete pads, skids, and other site structures&nbsp;<br>• Apply site-specific conditions (wind, seismic, snow, corrosion, frost) in structural analysis and design&nbsp;<br>• Interpret geotechnical reports and apply parameters to foundation design assumptions&nbsp;<br>• Support structural remediation recommendations based on pile load testing or field observations&nbsp;<br><strong>Drawing Production &amp; Documentation:</strong>&nbsp;<br>• Assist in preparing construction drawings and structural details using AutoCAD&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>• Contribute to general notes, specification sections, and milestone submittals (30%, 60%, 90%, IFC)&nbsp;<br>• Support development of signed/stamped structural calculation packages&nbsp;<br><strong>Field Coordination &amp; Support:</strong>&nbsp;<br>• Assist with site walkdowns, pile installation observation, and field data collection&nbsp;<br>• Observe load testing programs and document structural performance&nbsp;<br>• Coordinate with construction teams to evaluate as-built conditions and flag out-of-spec issues&nbsp;<br>• Support field-based evaluations, remediation planning, and construction documentation&nbsp;<br>• Provide photo logs, site sketches, and summary reports following field deployments&nbsp;<br><strong>Team Collaboration &amp; Growth:</strong>&nbsp;<br>• Coordinate with internal geotechnical and civil teams for integrated design&nbsp;<br>• Attend internal design meetings and client calls as needed to stay aligned with project objectives&nbsp;<br>• Receive mentorship from senior engineers with the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility&nbsp;<br>• Participate in internal learning, development, and project closeout reviews&nbsp;</span></li>\n"
