This leader will drive the delivery of substation projects ensuring they meet quality standards and client specific requirements. Additionally, this role will be responsible for establishing and communicate short- and long-term goals, with clear KPIs to guide performance and project success.</li>\n<li>Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, across multiple departments (and geographies) to ensure project execution to support company goals and business objectives.       "text": "Qualifications and Skills:",
      "content": "\n<li>Knowledge of software required to review plans, sections, schematics, details, wiring and BOM sheets for construction drawing sets.</li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles, industry standards, and codes with a passion for substation engineering design.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop, follow, interpret and apply internal, client, and industry procedures and standards to complex design situations and provide guidance to staff in implementation.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop, review and evaluate design alternatives based on experience, standards, and codes to solve constructability and design challenges and provide direction to staff.</li>\n<li>Ability to drive business success in coordination with Business Development, Project Management, and Sr Leadership with a deep understanding of proposals, financials, and relationship implications to company success.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead client interactions either from an office or field environment to answer technical and business questions, drive solutions, and mitigate negative impacts in stressful situations.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and an innate ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (technical and non-technical alike).</li>\n<li>Experience with and understanding of modeling software for grounding, lightning, and basic electrical calculations or modeling preferred. Intermediate CAD and PDF editor knowledge strongly preferred.</li>\n"

Preference to Power specific programs.</li>\n<li>Professional Engineer License</li>\n<li>12+ years of experience in substation design and engineering.</li>\n<li>Ability to Travel 25%+ and hold a Passport</li>\n<li>Not Required but Bonus Points for: Being fluent in Spanish</li>\n"
