| message | As of 7/24/2025, KLDiscovery has completed the Microsoft recommended remediation process of applying the required patches to the vulnerable servers, rotating all machine keys, and post remediation monitoring through Microsoft Defender. We continue to scan our servers for this vulnerability through Qualys. KLDiscovery was made aware of multiple SharePoint vulnerabilities and immediately began assessing our exposure. It was determined that we have 13 servers with this vulnerability, but that none are internet accessible. We have begun the Microsoft recommended remediation process of applying the required patches to the vulnerable servers, rotating all machine keys, and post remediation monitoring through Microsoft Defender. KLDiscovery takes this novel vulnerability very seriously and will be monitoring any evolutions in this event closely.
