| message | On October 15, 2025, F5 announced the security issues in several products, some of which are used by NetDocuments. Primarily, NetDocuments utilizes F5 load balancers in its private data centers, which are in the process of being deprecated as we migrate our platform to Amazon Web Services. Initial statement (October 21, 2025): NetDocuments is investigating whether and to what extent the F5 products we utilize may be impacted by the issues disclosed by F5. We have implemented appropriate monitoring and compensating controls. We will have more information as it becomes available. Updated/Final Statement (October 22, 2025): NetDocuments' Cybersecurity and Cloud Operations teams, working with our network management consultant NetCuras, have confirmed that we are not impacted by the vulnerabilities disclosed by F5. We will continue to implement compensating controls as may be appropriate and will monitor for any anomalous activity. |
