| message | Executive Summary The NetDocuments Service is NOT impacted by the Klue security incident. As a company, NetDocuments uses Klue as a competitive intelligence tool, with integrations to Gong, Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Our investigation has confirmed that the impact to NetDocuments' corporate data was limited to a list of internal staff who are users of the Gong service. No customer data, no prospective customer data, and no Customer Repository Data (CRD) was accessed or compromised as a result of this incident. History Beginning June 13, 2026, Klue’s Security Team issued multiple notifications to customer administrators regarding a security incident involving their third-party integration service. Klue disclosed that the affected integration service had been disabled pending remediation, and stated that there was no evidence that customer content stored within the Klue platform itself was compromised. More information is available from [email protected]. Klue’s security notifications were sent directly to affected customers on June 13, 14, and 15, 2026. Klue Customers with questions were directed to contact Klue’s Security Team at that address. NetDocuments Status: NetDocuments employs Klue as a competitive intelligence tool. Integrations between NetDocuments’ business systems and the Klue platform include connections to our Gong call intelligence, Salesforce CRM, Slack, and Microsoft Teams environments. Following receipt of Klue’s notification on June 16, 2026, NetDocuments’ Security and IT teams initiated an immediate investigation. We obtained and reviewed the customer-specific log package provided by Klue and coordinated with the business owners of each connected system.
