| message | #### Update to Keelvar Sub-Processor List We have made updates to our sub-processor list: - **Changes**: New sub-processors added, replacement of existing sub-processors, and update to a current sub-processor location. - **Effective date:** 2nd July, 2026. - **Summary:** Addition of Slack (internal communication), Atlassian Cloud (project management), and Anthropic (service delivery support); addition of Hook (Customer Success platform) and PostHog (product analytics), which will replace Planhat and Matomo respectively following a managed transition; and update of the Google Cloud location to Worldwide to support the delivery of Keelvar services and AI features within our SaaS application.
