| title | Security Advisory: Klue Third-Party Application Incident |
| message | AlertMedia is aware of the recently disclosed security incident involving Klue, in which a threat actor used stolen OAuth tokens to export CRM data from a number of Klue's customers, including AlertMedia. Based on our review, no customer data within the AlertMedia platform or the systems supporting our products was affected. Upon being alerted, we immediately disabled Klue and revoked its access, rotated credentials for all third-party Salesforce integrations, and engaged Salesforce, Klue, and external experts to investigate. Customers with questions regarding AlertMedia's security posture may contact our Information Security team through the Trust Center. |
