| description | Data Importer maintains and updates a record of personnel authorized to access systems that contain Personal Information. Accounts and privileges are granted on a least-privilege basis and in line with defined job roles. Data Importer deactivates authentication credentials that have not been used for a period of time not to exceed three months and removes or adjusts access promptly upon role change or termination. Data Importer identifies those personnel who may grant, alter, or cancel authorized access to data and resources. Data Importer ensures that where more than one individual has access to systems containing Personal Information, the individuals have separate identifiers/log-ins. |
