In 2021, JB brought to market a first-of-its-kind Diversity Analytics solution to help law departments understand the diversity of their outside counsel, as well as provide a guide so they can collaborate on driving progress on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). JB’s diversity analytics platform optimizes corporate law departments’ DE&I programs by taking on the burden of complex diversity data tracking of outside counsel, thereby saving in-house resources, enabling law departments to skip the data collection and analysis process, and at the same time, significantly reduce the number of firmwide surveys that law firms are asked to complete. |
