| description | **Welcome to the Trust Center @ Relay Financial Technologies Inc.** Relay Financial's vision is to build the financial command center for small and medium businesses (SMBs). We're building for employer SMBs and their finance functions, internal and external. Relay Financial's Trust team is a global team composed of 4 sub-teams: - Site Reliability Engineering - Application Security Engineering - Privacy & Compliance - Information Technologies Through a series of policies and controls, it supports three core tenets: Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. These policies govern the use of information at Relay and decrease potential exposure resulting from security events involving networks, systems, applications, employees, customers, and data. Each policy contains controls that are evaluated and acted upon by the Trust team. These include, but are not limited to, the following: - **Principle of least-privileges access**: System features and configuration settings are designed to authorize user access while restricting unauthorized users from accessing information not needed for their role - **Dynamic detection and Observability**: Use intrusion detection systems (IDS) and intrusion prevention systems (IPS) to safeguard the system's boundaries. - **Maintenance of a Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP)** and payout bounties for valid application security bugs affecting our core tenets. - Creation, practice and evolution of operational procedures for **managing security incidents and breaches**, including notification procedures - Use of **encryption technologies** to protect customer data both at rest and in transit The team can be reached at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) |
