| description | Information Security is of the utmost importance at Calabrio. Our program uses a defense-in-depth strategy to protect customer confidential information. The foundation of our program is the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cybersecurity framework ([https://www.nist.gov/cyberframework](https://www.nist.gov/cyberframework)), a well-established and comprehensive blueprint for protecting confidential information. We continually monitor and evaluate internal metrics to improve our performance. Calabrio engages outside experts to assess the effectiveness of our program through penetration testing and by conducting these audits: SOC2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and PCI for Service Providers. This Trust Center provides more detailed information on aspects of our program. Our intent is to assure you that our program is based on leading industry standards, technical excellence and a practice of constant vigilance. |
