(Y2) was founded on February 23, 2021 by Yuri Kudyn, Yuri Lapin - both ex-Ciklum Consultants and ex-Draftkings Engineering Directors - and Ruslan Lobarev - topnotch Fullstack Engineering Lead, to deliver Apps for Atlassian Marketplace. Over the last couple of years Y2 (d/b/a Release Management Apps) became Atlassian Silver, Gold eventually Platinum Marketplace Partner to win multiple awards, namely Best New App of the Year 2020, Finalist in Category Agile-at-Scale in Year 2022 and Winner in Category Agile and DevOps Apps Solutions in Year 2023. In April, 2024 Y2 took over assets from “Bankruptcy journy.io BV” to provide SaaS Growth Platform for digitally enabled businesses (d/b/a journy.io). The organization is based out of Warsaw, Poland with additional sites in Kyiv, Ukraine and San Francisco, CA, United States. Y2 designs its processes and procedures related to the system to meet its objectives. Those objectives are based on the service commitments that Y2 makes to user entities, the laws, and regulations that govern the provision of the services, and the financial, operational, and compliance requirements that Y2 has established for the services. The system services are subject to the **Security, Confidentiality, Availability** commitments established internally for its services. Commitments to user entities are documented and communicated in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other customer agreements, as well as in the description of the service offering provided online. |
