Vehicle Code - VEH 21663. DIVISION 11. RULES OF THE ROAD [21000. - 23336.] CHAPTER 3. Driving, Overtaking, and Passing [21650. - 21761.] ARTICLE 1. Driving on Right Side [21650. - 21664.] Except as expressly permitted pursuant to this code, including Sections 21100.4 and 21114.5, no person shall operate or move a motor vehicle upon a sidewalk except as may be necessary to enter or leave adjacent property. Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 124, Sec. 126. Effective January 1, 1997.
