Penal Code - PEN 471.5. PART 1. OF CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS [25. - 680.4.] TITLE 13. OF CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY [450. - 593g.] CHAPTER 4. Forgery and Counterfeiting [470. - 483.5.] Any person who alters or modifies the medical record of any person, with fraudulent intent, or who, with fraudulent intent, creates any false medical record, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 644.
