Penal Code - PEN 405. PART 1. OF CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS [25. - 680.4.] TITLE 11. OF CRIMES AGAINST THE PUBLIC PEACE [403. - 420.1.] Every person who participates in any riot is punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 139.
