Penal Code - PEN 273g. PART 1. OF CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS [25. - 680.4.] TITLE 9. OF CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON INVOLVING SEXUAL ASSAULT, AND CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC DECENCY AND GOOD MORALS [261. - 368.7.] CHAPTER 2. Abandonment and Neglect of Children [270. - 273.76.] Any person who in the presence of any child indulges in any degrading, lewd, immoral or vicious habits or practices, or who is habitually drunk in the presence of any child in his care, custody or control, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Added by Stats. 1907, Ch. 413.
