Business and Professions Code - BPC 4328. DIVISION 2. HEALING ARTS [500. - 4999.202.] CHAPTER 9. Pharmacy [4000. - 4427.8.] ARTICLE 20. Prohibitions and Offenses [4320. - 4343.] Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person who permits the compounding or dispensing of prescriptions, or the furnishing of dangerous drugs in his or her pharmacy, except by a pharmacist, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 890, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997.
