The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>General responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet and assist golfers and visitors with their needs, providing a high level of customer service.</li>\n <li>Sell golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise in the Pro Shop, ensuring an organized and inviting sales floor.</li>\n <li>Assist with tee-time reservations, check-in golfers, and ensure accurate records are maintained for rounds played.</li>\n <li>Assist with stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that the shop is properly organized and clean.</li>\n <li>Process transactions for tee times, golf carts, rental clubs, other equipment, and products. Ensuring proper tracking of rentals and communication with supervisors and outside staff.</li>\n <li>Assist with organizing and managing golf tournaments and events, including checking in participants, assisting with scoring, and providing event materials.</li>\n <li>Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts.</li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of golf products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.</li>\n <li>Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and assist with other duties assigned by the Professional Golf Staff as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a golf-related environment</li>\n <li>Passion for golf and knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plus</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods</li>\n <li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: $16 per hour (hourly)</strong></p>",
