Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>Responsible for serving food, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for guests in a courteous and efficient manner while adhering to the Hotel standards.  \n<strong><u>Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following</u></strong>\n<strong>:</strong>\n<strong> </strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Take drink orders from guests and serve drinks (food orders where applicable).</li>\n <li>Adhere to the proper par stock ordering procedures.</li>\n <li>Complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the Lounge area.</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain the floor sections and Lounge area.</li>\n <li> Perform other related duties as assigned.   </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of flare bartending skills and the basic functions of beverage operations. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages. </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of wines and spirits. </li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff. </li>\n <li>High school education or equivalent.     </li>\n <li>Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred. </li>\n</ul>",
