Take the First Step!</strong> Seize this chance to be part of an exceptional team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you will Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose and Troubleshoot Residential HVAC Systems, Providing Expert Guidance for Confident Customer Purchase Decisions</li>\n <li>Identify & communicate HVAC issue(s) with customers</li>\n <li>Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions and needs.</li>\n <li>Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job.</li>\n <li>Document work performed by following company procedure.</li>\n <li>Maintain professional standards and conduct in all working environments, respecting diverse personal and cultural expressions</li>\n <li>Set up HVAC service or installation calls when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC services.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures</li>\n <li>Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory</li>\n <li>Proven Sales and Customer Service Experience in HVAC or Related Technical Service Industries</li>\n <li>Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen</li>\n <li>Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and professional commitment</li>\n <li>Physical dexterity.</li>\n</ul>",
