As a service-based company we support both domestic and international sponsors in the conduct of both early and late phase trials.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week preferred) - Will consider regionally remote candidates</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of Theradex Oncology, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest professional teams focused solely on the development of cancer therapies. Cancer research continues to evolve as new therapies and therapeutic approaches are discovered, as part of the team you will work to support our sponsors in the development of these therapies. Theradex Oncology is an environment for highly motivated individuals who want to make a difference.</p>\n<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, building and operating end-to-end web applications and data driven solutions that support clinical trial operations. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining senior individual contributor responsibilities with mentoring and guiding other developers on modern practices. This role requires recent hands-on experience owning technical solutions and driving projects forward while maintaining Full Stack Development responsibilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees application development team's technical delivery across all projects while remaining a hands-on Full Stack Developer.</li>\n <li>Design and implement scalable, secure frontend and backend components, including APIs, services and UI workflows, following clean architecture and solid principles.</li>\n <li>Embed application security best practices into the software development lifecycle, including securing code, code scanning, dependency management, and remediation of vulnerability identified through AppSec tools.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with product owners, technical analysts, project managers, platform engineering and analytics teams to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.</li>\n <li>Own technical solutions end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.</li>\n <li>Establish and champion coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to improve quality, reliability and release frequency. Mentor and guide other developers; enforce engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural integrity.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Solutions Architect, DevOps, and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.</li>\n <li>Ensure all development follows SDLC, validation, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.</li>\n <li>Design secure integrations with external clinical and operational systems.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot complex system issues and lead root cause analysis.</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement in cloud performance, cost optimization, security posture, and CI/CD automation.</li>\n <li>Understand and continue to stay current with the AWS Cloud development environment and tools that the systems utilize.</li>\n <li>Manage time effectively and accurately estimate effort for tasks and meets agreed-upon deadlines. </li>\n <li>Adapt to frequently changing requirements, priorities, and schedules.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, performs root cause analyses, and drives permanent fixes and technical debt reduction.</li>\n <li>Contribute to architecture discussions and technology choices, balancing innovation with maintainability and regulatory constraints.</li>\n <li>Promote a culture of documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the application development team. Provide technical mentorship and oversight through design reviews, pairing programming and structured feedback.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You Need</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 8 years of experience as a full stack developer </li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of experience leading a development team focused on building On-prem and Cloud applications <strong>Core stack C#/ASP.NET, .NET, Angular, SQL, NO SQL, and AWS </strong></li>\n <li>Proficient in <strong>Angular</strong> and experience in a recent project </li>\n <li>Strong experience redeveloping on-prem web applications to be optimized for the AWS Cloud</li>\n <li>Experience leading a Cloud software development project end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support</li>\n <li>Experience building AWS based web sites, applications and integrations</li>\n <li><strong>AWS services</strong> such as <strong>CloudWatch, SES, S3, ECR, ECS, Lambda</strong> functions</li>\n <li><strong>UI/UX</strong> experience using <strong>Blazor or Angular</strong></li>\n <li>Relational and non-relational databases </li>\n <li>All aspects of <strong>GitHub, including GitHub Actions</strong></li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>Docker containers </strong></li>\n <li>Strong experience with the management of code through a CI/CD pipeline</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience configuring AWS environment using Terraform, Fargate, etc.</li>\n <li>Experience in a CRO/pharmaceutical environment with definitive knowledge of regulated clinical data applications</li>\n <li>Knowledge of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance</li>\n <li>Experience with migrating an entire on-prem data center to the AWS Cloud</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Theradex we offer a supportive culture that puts people first.
