They conduct various testing methodologies, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing, to identify and resolve defects and performance issues. This role also involves analyzing technical documentation to understand the functionality of new applications, ensuring they meet required standards before deployment. The Contract QA Tester produces detailed reports and documentation, tracking all testing efforts and communicating progress and results to stakeholders. Their work is vital in delivering high-quality software products that align with organizational standards and customer expectations.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-weight: bold\">This is a 12-month contract consultant position, requiring an incorporated number and requires residency in Canada. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 72, 118); font-family: Inter, Inter_EmbeddedFont, Inter_MSFontService, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><span>RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Test Planning</span>: Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts, cases, and scenarios to ensure optimal system performance in alignment with specifications.</li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Test execution</span>: Conduct a wide range of testing methodologies, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing, to ensure software quality and reliability.</li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Defect Analysis &amp; Resolution</span>: Analyze test results to identify and resolve defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability problems, ensuring software meets quality standards. Work closely with development teams to reproduce, isolate, and resolve defects.</li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Documentation Analysis</span>: Review and analyze documentation and technical specifications of new applications to understand intended functionality and identify potential areas of concern.</li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Reporting &amp; font-family: Inter, Inter_EmbeddedFont, Inter_MSFontService, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><span>QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.</li>\n<li>A combination of post-secondary education, continuous professional development, certification and related work experience may be considered.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in conducting various types of testing, identifying defects, and ensuring software quality.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies, as well as a solid understanding of software development processes.</li>\n<li>SAP S/4 HANA experience is required.<br></li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in testing SAP Sales &amp;
