You’ll prepare patients for treatment, assist the dentist in restorative procedures, and maintain a high standard of care and efficiency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver exceptional chair-side clinical support to dentists and hygienists, including charting, operatory setup/cleanup, and patient education.</li>\n <li>Record and review patient health histories, make chart entries under the dentist's direction, and ensure all documentation is complete.</li>\n <li>Set up trays and instruments based on the daily schedule and procedure requirements.</li>\n <li>Prepare patients, sterilize/disinfect instruments, and maintain asepsis following OSHA standards.</li>\n <li>Assist with dental procedures, including exposing and developing diagnostic radiographs.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and other certifications and safety requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dental Assisting Certification or prior on-the-job training.</li>\n <li>1-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.</li>\n <li>Radiography/X-Ray certification (state-specific).</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite.</li>\n <li>A commitment to delivering exceptional service and patient education.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working Here</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits</strong>: Including 401(k).</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off</strong>: Competitive PTO that grows with your career.</li>\n <li><strong>Career Growth</strong>: Opportunities for continuing education and development.</li>\n <li><strong>Exciting Work Environment</strong>: A supportive atmosphere that celebrates individuality and teamwork, allowing you to thrive.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong>We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
