APPLY NOW TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What does an Automotive Technician Do?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanically inspect vehicles for safety and drivability while documenting findings.</li>\n<li>Work includes bumper-to-bumper repairs and part replacements from light to medium mechanical repairs up to major engine / transmission internal repairs and replacement.</li>\n<li>Maintain internal and external dealership image to provide a clean, crisp, and inviting environment for customers.</li>\n<li>Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure that the problem has been completely fixed.</li>\n<li>May require completion of work outdoors and under varying climate conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years automotive repair experience</li>\n<li>Must be proficient in the cooling, braking, charging, steering/suspension, AC and electrical system components.</li>\n<li>Clean drivers's license</li>\n<li>Automotive secondary school a positive</li>\n<li>Automotive technical skills</li>\n<li>Must have own tools</li>\n<li>Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, welders, scanners and brake lathes correctly</li>\n<li>The ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicle</li>\n<li>Clarity of vision and hearing.</li>\n<li>Be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task during shift</li>\n<li>Desire to treat each vehicle with great care and respect</li>\n<li>Ability to learn quickly.</li>\n<li>Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.</li>\n<li>Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions</li>\n<li>Position requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.</li>\n<li>Frequent and continual flexing of spine, hands, wrists and fingers.</li>\n<li>Work with and move numerous vehicles during the course of the working day.</li>\n<li>Ability to quality inspect your work as well as that of other team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why work for Sullivan Motors?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience<br></li>\n<li>Sick/Vacation &amp; Holiday Time</li>\n<li>401K with company match!
