      "content": "\n<li>5+ years’ experience in the physical security industry as a technician/engineer/manager.</li>\n<li>3–4 years of project management experience; must have a proven record of managing the budget, schedule, and full lifecycle of fire alarm projects.</li>\n<li>Experience with Access Control and CCTV systems.</li>\n<li>Ability to estimate fire alarm projects with little supervision.</li>\n<li>Review architectural and engineering drawings to coordinate all physical security installations.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of business operations and budgeting.</li>\n<li>impeccable organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments required.</li>\n<li>Has experience managing projects as a Project Manager or Field Manager.</li>\n<li>Manufacturer certifications preferred (not required): Honeywell, Bosch, Lenel, S2, or Genetec.</li>\n<li>High energy and a proactive mindset.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication ( verbal &amp; written) and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Highly proficient with the use of a personal computer, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Manage the full lifecycle of fire alarm projects—from planning and execution to closeout.</li>\n<li>Develops budgets, timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain project files.</li>\n<li>Manage project scheduling.</li>\n<li>Manages the project financials.</li>\n<li>Ensure planned results are achieved on time and within budget.</li>\n<li>Manage the process of sourcing, evaluating, and estimating selected bid opportunities.</li>\n<li>Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.</li>\n<li>Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals.</li>\n<li>Manage, coordinate, and delegate activities through team resources.</li>\n<li>Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.</li>\n"
