There’s opportunity around every corner and the support to help you achieve your goals.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p>The Technical Services team is part of the Chrysos Growth Team (GT) which also includes the Sales team and the Marketing team.  Our strategic focus is the global deployment and adoption of PhotonAssay™ by gold mining companies.  The three key pillars of the Technical Services team are<span> c</span>ustomer partnering in mine site deployments, sales support and subject matter experts.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role has a strong focus on the customer partnering pillar and combines deep technical engagement with strategic account support, internal knowledge transfer, and leadership in driving data quality, customer confidence, and continuous improvement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Pillars and Objectives:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Partnering and Minesite deployment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with customer technical teams, including geologists, metallurgists and site management, to ensure PhotonAssay™ delivers reliable, fit-for-purpose assay performance that supports critical operational decisions.</li>\n<li>Provide comprehensive support to mine sites following the installation of PhotonAssay™, with the key objective of establishing foundational confidence in the technology. This is achieved through targeted education, tailored training, QAQC guidance, and comparative analytical performance reviews.</li>\n<li>Proactively explore and develop innovative applications of PhotonAssay™ by deeply understanding existing site workflows across geology, geometallurgy, and metallurgy. Leverage this insight to drive process optimisation, improve operational value, and create new commercial opportunities for both the customer and Chrysos.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Sales Support</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Provide critical technical and application support to the Sales team across the sales cycle.</li>\n<li>Protect and enhance the reputation of PhotonAssay™.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Subject Matter Experts\n<ul>\n<li>The team act as Subject Matter Experts, providing technical collateral, training and support to internal functional teams and our clients. The key objective is to provide the critical link between Chrysos Technical and Development teams and our mining customers, understanding and interpreting their needs and requirements.<br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minesite Deployment and Operational Support:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of PhotonAssay™ to confidently communicate its capabilities to clients, translate the technology into compelling business value propositions, and recognize when to involve deeper Chrysos technical expertise as needed.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales- and service-related matters within your client portfolio, maintaining a regular and strategic engagement schedule aligned with key account and sales plans.</li>\n<li>Deliver client education and training programs to ensure effective adoption and understanding of PhotonAssay™ technology across stakeholder groups.</li>\n<li>Build and manage productive relationships with key site stakeholders across Geology, Geometallurgy, and Metallurgy teams to understand their long-term objectives and identify optimisation strategies across the mining value chain. This includes:\n<ul>\n<li>New or enhanced assay services.</li>\n<li>Tailored metrics for coarse or heterogeneous gold ore bodies.</li>\n<li>Optimised grade control and sampling programs.</li>\n<li>Improved resource/reserve models.</li>\n<li>Processing plant measurement strategies that support process optimisation.</li>\n<li>Recommendations for optimised sample preparation strategies that balance sample size, particle size, and machine cycle time to meet economic and technical objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Chrysos Maintenance, Customer Quality, Physics Operations, laboratories, and external partners to ensure exceptional client service and technical delivery.</li>\n<li>Lead or support quality assurance efforts, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Long-term QAQC data analysis and reporting for gold, silver, and copper, working with the Customer Quality team.</li>\n<li>Comparative performance analysis of PhotonAssay™ vs traditional laboratory techniques.</li>\n<li>Calibration support and oversight for expanded services. </li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">PhotonAssay</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">™</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> Sales Support:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver technical training on the application and value of PhotonAssay™ to internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Provide technical and application expertise to support the Sales team throughout the sales cycle.</li>\n<li>Assist Sales Managers during key customer site visits.</li>\n<li>Support Sales Managers at industry conferences and trade shows as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Industry Engagement:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities for the further growth and development of PhotonAssay™ services or related opportunities, through ongoing engagement with existing clients, prospective customers, and broader industry stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Drive thought leadership initiatives by developing joint publications or conference presentations in collaboration with key PhotonAssay™ users, particularly major gold producers, while coordinating closely with internal teams and presenting at key industry events when appropriate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who you are:</span></p>\n<p><em>Essential</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree qualifications in Geology, Geosciences or Metallurgy, or other related disciplines.</li>\n<li>3-5 years minimum experience in geology, mining, metallurgy or scientific applications, with exposure to novel technologies or processes and their adoption and use.</li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to diverse audiences (from operators to executives), and translating complex information into actionable insights.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a global network of customers (miners, labs, and internal stakeholders), resolve complex issues, and drive adoption of technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and customers around shared objectives.</li>\n<li>Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects, managing timelines and cross-functional collaboration.</li>\n<li>Able and willing to travel and work within Australasia and other countries as required, including mine sites.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working across global time zones and in culturally diverse teams, with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.</li>\n<li>Competent in use of Microsoft Office suite of products.</li>\n<li>English fluency.</li>\n<li>Permanent Canadian residency or Canadian citizenship</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <em>Desirable</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">French, Spanish or Portuguese understanding would be an advantage.</span></li>\n<li>Practical understanding of sample preparation and analytical techniques used in the minerals industry, such as Fire Assay, Screen Fire Assay, AAS, ICP, XRF, and Wet Chemistry.
