We employ clinicians and operations staff who are compassionate, qualified, and dedicated to ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.Job Summary</p><ul><li>Supports all operations aspects of private duty nursing services to medically fragile children.</li><li>Manage and foster nurse and client relationships.</li><li>Maintains active involvement in issues of cost containment by managing nurse schedules and effectively utilizes nurses when assigning cases.</li><li>Provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, continually monitoring, and thoroughly evaluating the services given to clients.</li><li>Execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality nurses.</li><li>Counsel and provide support to field nurses.</li><li>Establish a strong collaborative relationship between office personnel and field nurses.</li><li>Collaborate with the clinical management team to help facilitate coordination of care.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.</li><li>Establish and cultivate relationships with clients.</li></ul><p>Qualifications/Educational Requirements</p><ul><li>High school diploma; college preferred.</li><li>Health care experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
