We are seeking a dynamic Surety Operations Advisor to join our team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Surety Operations Advisor provides senior operational leadership and quality oversight for enterprise commercial and contract surety programs. This role partners closely with account management, underwriting, and clients to ensure accurate bond execution, strong service delivery, and continuous operational improvement while supporting team development and program placement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><em>Includes but may not be limited to:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as primary quality assurance lead across multiple surety accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.</li>\n<li>Perform QC review of bids, finals, and bond issuance for underwriting requirements, bond form accuracy, and client expectations.</li>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and develop bond operations staff; role begins with one direct report and expands over time.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Account Managers on client programs, placements, renewals, and new business transitions.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong knowledge of underwriting requirements, surety appetites, bond forms, and contract obligations.</li>\n<li>Facilitate information exchange between clients and underwriters to secure timely approvals and issuance.</li>\n<li>Support and participate in surety rate negotiations as appropriate.</li>\n<li>Manage operational service delivery, including bond issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, and record maintenance.</li>\n<li>Communicate client updates and market developments to internal teams verbally and in writing.</li>\n<li>Attend client meetings (virtual and in-person as needed) and represent the firm at surety-related industry events.</li>\n<li>Cross-train with operations team members, with focus on new programs and business transitions.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li>\n<li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in surety operations with direct exposure to broker-side servicing and/or underwriting assistant responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate high productivity, attention to detail, and strong prioritization skills.</li>\n<li>Proven leadership, coaching, and training capability.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant surety systems.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of surety regulations, industry standards, and contract review.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an intermittent basis.</li>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable to evolving responsibilities.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Join the Rosenberg &amp; Parker Team</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Rosenberg &amp; Parker is the largest independent surety-only broker in the world, specializing in providing bespoke surety solutions to large publicly and privately held companies. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary wages may be only part of the total compensation package.
