Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are looking for a Hair Stylist to join TEAM BLEAU! You will be responsible to perform creative hair services and makeup applications to guests to ensure profitability, quality standards and services, and guest satisfaction.  </p> \n<strong><u>Examples of Duties</u><u>, includes but is not limited to the following</u>:</strong>\n<strong> </strong>\n<li> Specialize in dressing hair to latest style, period, or character portrayal following instructions from guests and standard of spa protocols.</li>\n<li> Perform treatments to designed standards on a timely basis and provide superior guest services.</li>\n<li> Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.</li>\n<li> Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.</li>\n<li> Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials. </li>\n<li> Maintain towel, linen, and hair/makeup supplies.</li>\n<li> Assist customers with questions and sell goods and products to meet retail sales goal.</li>\n<li> Perform other related duties as assigned.     </li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff. </li>\n <li>Minimum of two years related experience in a spa or resort environment preferred. </li>\n <li>High school education or equivalent.  Technical school certification required.</li>\n <li>Current Certification from State Board of Cosmetology required.</li>\n</ul>",
