[FEU].<br><br><span>The&nbsp;position&nbsp;is&nbsp;within Construction &amp; Design Services and&nbsp;reports&nbsp;to&nbsp;the Supervisor or Reporting and Metrics in Program Support within the Construction and Design Services(C&amp;DS) organization.&nbsp;</span><span>.&nbsp;</span><span>It&nbsp;can&nbsp;be located throughout the service territory and will be considered an in-office position</span><span>.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:5.9pt\"><span>This&nbsp;position&nbsp;will&nbsp;analyze complex business needs&nbsp;related to C&amp;DS project&nbsp;data&nbsp;and&nbsp;answer critical&nbsp;questions with&nbsp;a&nbsp;focus on C&amp;DS key priorities and business initiatives</span><span>.&nbsp;</span><span>This position will&nbsp;generate and test hypotheses, create, explore and analyze datasets, develop data pipelines, create &amp;&nbsp;enhance reporting solutions, and build accurate predictive and prescriptive data models to understand trends and produce actionable insights across our business</span><span>.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:6pt\"><span>Additionally, this&nbsp;position will&nbsp;work&nbsp;across C&amp;DS&nbsp;to&nbsp;understand report&nbsp;and&nbsp;data&nbsp;needs&nbsp;and&nbsp;build&nbsp;solutions to&nbsp;support daily operations and ensure data governance</span><span>.&nbsp;</span><span>This position requires expertise in common business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI</span><span>.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:5.9pt\"><span>The successful candidate will have strong communication and consultation skills to&nbsp;understand business needs across the organization.
