JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES Provide polished, attentive, and professional table service from guest arrival to departure Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service to enhance the dining experience Manage assigned sections efficiently during service, ensuring smooth guest flow Handle guest requests, concerns, and issues calmly and professionally Recommend food and wine pairings with confidence and product knowledge Maintain strong communication and collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams Support and motivate team members to maintain high service standards Ensure service is delivered efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail Help create a lively, welcoming, and positive atmosphere in the restaurant Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role. REQUIREMENTS 【Must】 Experience Experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or related service roles Experience providing direct guest-facing service in a team environment Education and Qualification Valid working visa in Japan Skills Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Language Skills Business level or above in English Competencies Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality Professional attitude and reliability in daily operations Ability to remain calm and flexible when handling challenges Friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues 【Preferred】 Experience Experience in full-service restaurants or hospitality-driven environments Education or training related to hospitality, tourism, or service industries Education and Qualification Education or training related to hospitality, tourism, or service industries Relevant certifications related to food service, hospitality, or customer service Skills Leadership or mentoring experience in a service environment Ability to make service-related decisions independently when needed Language Skills Conversational level or above in Japanese Competencies Ability to motivate others and contribute positively to team morale Interest in creating memorable guest experiences and positive atmosphere Employment Terms and Condition Contract Period & Renewal Contract Period: 11/16/2026 - 3/31/2027 Contract renewal: Applicable Reason of Renewal: Employee’s work performance and attitude. Company’s business demands. Duty, Work Location & Scope of Changes Duty: may be changed as determined by the company Initial Work Location: one of the company’s properties in Niseko Area, Hokkaido Scope of changes: company properties in Niseko Area, Rusutsu or Furano. Training may be conducted at other location. Employees may be required to work at different properties based on operational needs. The initial assignment will be determined by the company.
